As a Leasing Consultant with SPR, you will leverage your experience and skills with our WOW customer service philosophy and Leading-Edge Sales strategy in the rental process, move-ins, move-outs and lease renewals. This position may require weekend and holiday work.

Requirements

• At least one year of customer service experience in retail or hospitality.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Polite and professional approach with strong customer service skills.
• Strong leadership abilities and organizational skills.

Nice To Haves

• Apartment experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Leverage customer service experience in the rental process.
• Assist with move-ins, move-outs, and lease renewals.
