About The Position
The Leasing Consultant at Preferred Apartment Advisors is responsible for conducting daily leasing activities, achieving occupancy and rent growth goals, and providing exceptional service to residents. This role involves managing relationships with prospects and residents, completing lease paperwork, and ensuring apartments are move-in ready.
