About The Position
MLP Management, LLC, a well-established Regional Property Management Company, is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Part-Time Leasing Consultant to join our team. This position is crucial in supporting various apartment communities located in the Wentzville, Lake St. Louis, St. Peters, and Saint Louis area. The Leasing Consultant will work closely with the on-site Property Manager to ensure the smooth operation and management of the apartment community on a day-to-day basis. This role requires a proactive approach to customer service and a strong ability to convert prospects into qualified residents. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for answering telephones and responding to internet leads, showcasing the property to potential residents, and converting these prospects into qualified residents. You will also be tasked with recording traffic and maintaining accurate records and reporting, which is essential for tracking the effectiveness of marketing efforts. Developing and executing outreach and marketing plans will be a key part of your responsibilities, along with maintaining and updating marketing information and providing recommendations as appropriate. In addition to these duties, you will process all necessary paperwork to convert applications into new residents and assist with the day-to-day operations of the apartment community. This position requires flexibility, as weekends and evenings will be necessary to meet the needs of the community and its residents. We are looking for someone who is not only detail-oriented and high-energy but also possesses the ability to work independently and demonstrate good judgment in various situations.
