About The Position
As a Leasing Consultant at uard, you will play a vital role in ensuring that residents have an excellent experience with our properties. This position is based in Downtown Chicago, where you will be part of a fast-paced residential leasing team. Your primary responsibilities will include handling incoming calls, managing online and in-person traffic, coordinating and leading property tours, leasing apartments, and preparing leasing files for approval and renewals. You will also collaborate with the team to develop effective leasing marketing strategies and participate in outreach marketing, resident events, and leasing file audits. This full-time position requires up to 40 hours of work per week, including some Saturday shifts, and offers a competitive compensation of $24 per hour, along with potential quarterly bonuses of up to 5% of your annual salary and commissions on new leases.
