Leasing Consultants are responsible for completing the day-to-day leasing and marketing operations of the property while maintaining positive resident relations. This role involves answering calls, greeting potential and existing residents, pursuing leads, managing delinquency calls, completing guest cards, and sending thank-you notes. Marketing duties include attending and participating in resident events, creating relationships with local institutions and businesses to drive prospects, executing promotional events, setting up on-campus promotions, and touring competitor properties to gather market intelligence. Administrative tasks include logging packages, generating mailings, collecting payments, and filing leases.
