About The Position

The Leasing Consultant is responsible for the total process of renting vacant units and lease renewals on the community they are assigned to. He/She is expected to display a strong commitment to company goals, values and provide excellent customer service to future and existing residents.

Requirements

• No prior Leasing experience required
• Customer Service experience preferred
• No visible piercings other than ears is allowed.
• Tattoos must be covered during your work shift.

Responsibilities

• Greets all potential and current residents
• Schedules tours with prospective residents, closing on the sale
• Daily management and follow-up of all prospective leads
• Create/Update ads online to drive traffic
• Enters Maintenance Requests and helps assist Manager with resident requests
• Prepare Lease paperwork for new and current residents
