About The Position

GSF Properties Inc. is looking for a Part-Time Leasing Consultant in Clovis, CA , come join our dynamic property management team! In this role, you will manage all day-to-day leasing and marketing activities, including apartment rentals, move-ins, and lease renewals. You will provide exceptional service to prospects, residents, and clients while supporting the community’s objective of maintaining budgeted occupancy at optimal rental rates. The position is scheduled for Mondays, Thursdays, and Fridays. Working hours are 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. during winter months and 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. during summer months. The role also requires Saturday hours from 10:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m., for a total of 28 hours per week. Compensation for this position is $18.00-19.00 per hour. Collaborate and support the Manager and Portfolio Manager as needed Interact with prospects and residents to achieve maximum occupancy Manage leasing traffic, conduct tours, lease units, qualify prospects, and complete follow-ups Prepare lease documents and complete move-in paperwork and procedures Maintain databases and ensure tour routes, amenities, and show units meet company standards Provide exceptional customer service to new and current residents Assist with keeping marketing documents, supplies, reports, ads, and web content updated Build and maintain relationships with local businesses, employers, and brokers Stay informed about local events and hiring trends that may impact the property Maintain knowledge of the market and submarkets, including competitors and customer demographics Stay current on all federal, state, and other regulatory requirements and programs To learn more about GSF Properties, please visit our website at https://www.gsfpi.com/

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of solid sales and marketing experience
  • 2 years of strong customer service experience
  • Strong computer skills, including: Microsoft Office Email and internet navigation Social media platforms
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail
  • Able to manage a high-volume workload and multitask effectively
  • Follows directions well and can work independently
  • Availability: Monday, Thursday, Friday Summer Hours: 9:00 AM–6:00 PM Winter Hours: 8:00 AM–5:00 PM Saturdays: 10am-2pm
