Assists applicant with the application process Creates and updates waitlist Completes any daily, weekly, or monthly reports assigned by Property Manager Ensuring resident satisfaction through effective communication and proactive issue resolution. Conduct move-in/move-out inspections with residents

Requirements

  • Knowledge of Excel, Word Document, and Outlook
  • Works well under pressure and maintains a positive friendly attitude
  • Strong interpersonal skills: ability to communicate effectively with a diversity of individuals at all organizational levels
  • Understands and complies with state landlord-tenant law, Fair Housing laws and Cal-OSHA
  • Attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service: someone who can navigate all types of situations

Nice To Haves

  • Knowledge of Property Management software: Yardi - Preferred
  • Minimum 1 year of sales experience - Preferred

Responsibilities

  • Greet and tour prospective residents.
