Requirements

• Excellent communication (written and verbal), organizational and customer service skills
• Committed to continuous learning to maintain up-to- date knowledges of rules, laws and regulations.
• Ability to acquire knowledge of operating various computer functions and Property Management Software Systems
• Valid driver license and any other licenses/certifications required by the state

Nice To Haves

• 2 years in sales or property management experience

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective renters and residents, providing tours and information about the Community.
• Apply sales techniques to lease apartments and maintain a strong closing ratio.
• Support resident retention efforts and contribute to a welcoming Community atmosphere.
• Assist with marketing initiatives, including creating promotional materials and generating new leads.
• Perform lease administration tasks such as application processing, credit checks, and renewals.
• Maintain accurate records of leasing activity, unit availability, and resident correspondence.
• Collaborate with team members to meet occupancy goals and ensure property presentation standards.
• Manage shared amenities and support Community events and programs.
