We’re looking for a motivated and customer-service driven Leasing Consultant to join our team in Las Vegas. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face of our community—helping prospective residents find their next home while delivering an exceptional leasing experience from the first tour to move-in day. Every day is a little different for our Leasing Consultants but the main responsibilities encompass all activities related to apartment rentals, move-ins, lease renewals and resident retention and interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. This includes generating and handling traffic, leasing apartments, qualifying prospects, preparing lease documentation and completing move-in paperwork and procedures.
Requirements
- 1+ years of residential leasing experience is preferred
- Someone who is enthusiastic, reliable and organized
- Ultimate team-player
Nice To Haves
- Knowledge of Yardi or similar software’s is preferred
