Requirements

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service preferred
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work Monday – Friday, and Saturday if necessitated by occupancy
• Proficiency in property management software, AppFolio, or willingness to learn
• A goal-driven mindset with a passion for helping others

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage with prospective residents, providing tours of available units and amenities
• Respond to inquiries via phone, email, and in person
• Guide applicants through the leasing process, from application to move-in
• Build and maintain positive relationships with residents to ensure retention
• Assist with marketing efforts and community events
• Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with leasing policies and Fair Housing laws
