We are seeking a dedicated Leasing Consultant to join our team and play a key role in attracting and retaining residents by delivering exceptional leasing and customer service experiences. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the face of our community, responsible for guiding prospective residents through the leasing process and ensuring a welcoming environment.

Requirements

Previous leasing or customer service experience preferred.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficiency with property management software is a plus.
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as required.
Professional appearance and demeanor.

Responsibilities

Conduct property tours and showcase apartment homes and amenities to prospective residents.
Assist applicants through the leasing process, including application processing, lease preparation, and move-in coordination.
Provide outstanding customer service to residents and prospective tenants to foster a positive community atmosphere.
Maintain accurate records and reports related to leasing activities and resident inquiries.
Collaborate with property management team to support marketing and outreach efforts aimed at maintaining high occupancy rates.
Address resident concerns and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
