Ready for a role that challenges you and a company that cares? We’re looking for a driven, customer-focused Leasing Professional to join our Greenwood, SC team.
As the face of our community, you will welcome prospects, showcase apartment homes, and help residents feel right at home. You will play a key role in the leasing process—handling tours, applications, move-ins, and renewals—all while delivering top-notch customer service and embodying our motto: “A Friendly Home.” There is a high level of sales and follow up with prospective residents required.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Excellent communication and time management
• Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
• Sales experience (property management or leasing is a plus!)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience a bonus
• High school diploma or GED
