Your Part: As a Leasing Consultant , you are the first face prospective residents will encounter and that face tells them you’re polished, engaging, and energetic. You have a knack for selling, you’re a people magnet, and your best kept secret is your excellent customer service. You care. A lot. As such, you have the innate ability to figure out what motivates your prospective resident while you customize your tours and convince them that they couldn’t possibly want to live anywhere else. You are constantly on the go in our high energy environment, and you love it. #LC This position offers $25.00 to $26.00 per hour depending on experience, with the ability to earn thousands in bonus potential, plus benefits.
