About The Position

As Leasing Consultant, this individual initiates and coordinates all phases of apartment community leasing, focusing on positive resident relations and optimal resident retention. Responsibilities

  • Initiate and coordinate all phases of apartment community leasing
  • Focus on positive resident relations and optimal resident retention
  • Handle daily functions related to residency inquiries
  • Conduct property tours
  • Engage in prospective resident networking and engagement
  • Strive to exceed leasing goals and objectives
