About The Position

Join the Apartner Team—let us help you find your next Leasing Consultant opportunity! Schedule: This position is scheduled Wednesday through Saturday each week, with hours as follows: Wednesday–Friday: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Saturday: 10:00 AM – 5:00 PM Experience in apartment leasing is required. If you possess a high degree of professionalism, a positive attitude, are willing to learn, and have strong customer service skills, we would love to set up an interview! Immediate employment opportunities are available. Our team assists communities with finding help when they need it. Requirements

• Experience in apartment leasing is required.
• High degree of professionalism
• Positive attitude
• Willing to learn
• Strong customer service skills
• Fair Housing knowledge is a must.

Responsibilities

• Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all criteria (ask questions; utilize completed guest cards, etc.).
• Inspect models and available “market-ready” units; communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.
• Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in on an agreed-upon date.
• Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
• Demonstrate the ability to support and contribute to the community team.
• Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
