Requirements

  • A minimum of 1 year of leasing experience in a luxury multi-family property management environment .
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced, high-volume office setting.
  • A professional, customer-service focused attitude with the drive to achieve leasing goals.
  • Proficiency in standard office equipment and Microsoft Office Suite

Nice To Haves

  • experience with property management software (OneSite/Yardi) is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents, offering tours and showcasing the beauty and amenities of The Pointe Brodie Creek.
  • Assist with leasing activities , including marketing the property, processing applications, and executing leases.
  • Maintain a friendly, welcoming, and professional demeanor while addressing inquiries and providing outstanding service to both residents and prospective tenants.
  • Collaborate with the Community Director to help manage the property efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with the Fair Housing Act and company policies .
  • Support daily administrative tasks and help with resident requests.
