About The Position

Epic Asset Management is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Leasing Consultant to join their team and help shape memorable experiences for residents. The consultant will also be responsible for promptly and professionally responding to resident concerns to enhance satisfaction and drive leasing goals through a high lease-to-tour conversion ratio and creative marketing strategies. Marketing duties include utilizing online platforms like social media and property websites, staying informed on market trends, organizing community events, and promoting the property through diverse advertising channels. Administratively, the role requires accurately completing and processing all leasing documents in compliance with company policies, managing resident and prospect information using property management software, performing daily inspections of community spaces, and maintaining up-to-date resident files and office records. Requirements

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with diverse populations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are required for community tours and outreach activities.
  • Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a professional appearance at all times.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in leasing, property management, or sales
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365
  • Familiarity with property management software (e.g., Yardi, OneSite, or similar)

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the first point of contact for prospective residents by providing engaging property tours and highlighting community features and benefits.

  • Promote the property through diverse advertising channels and community outreach programs.
  • Accurately complete and process all leasing documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
  • Manage resident and prospect information using property management software (Yardi, OneSite, or similar).
