We are seeking a Leasing Consultant to join our team at Sentosa Epperson, where you'll play a key role in driving occupancy, delivering outstanding service, and representing our brand with professionalism.

Requirements

• Previous sales, leasing, or customer service experience preferred
• Strong social media skills and comfort engaging with prospects online
• Confident using the phone-comfortable calling, following up, and building rapport
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional appearance and strong interpersonal skills
• Proficiency with computers, apps, and property management software
• Strong sales aptitude and goal‑oriented mindset
• Customer‑focused approach with a passion for helping people find their home

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus

Responsibilities

• Convert leads into tours by following up with prospects via phone, email, text, and online platforms
• Conduct engaging, informative, and personalized apartment tours that highlight community features and help secure new leases
• Support occupancy goals by effectively closing leases and maintaining strong sales performance
• Build resident loyalty and support retention efforts by ensuring a consistently positive resident experience
• Create awareness and engagement through social media content, community highlights, and online interactions
• Work weekends (3–4 per month) when prospective residents are most active, with two weekdays off
