About The Position

The ideal candidate is someone with an outgoing personality and a customer-focused approach. In your role as a Leasing Consultant, you will be responsible for generating traffic, prospect tours, and meeting occupancy goals. Requirements

  • High School diploma or equivalent
  • Two years of experience in sales and customer service
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • A proactive approach, excellent organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • Must be available to work Saturdays.

Nice To Haves

  • Prior experience in property management is preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service to all prospects and residents.
  • The ability to convert leads into tours.
  • Actively listen to prospect needs and show available apartments.
  • Meet required closing goals.
  • Process resident screenings and prepare lease documents.
  • Thoroughly walk apartments to ensure move-in ready.
  • Assist with resident relations and functions.
  • Learn surrounding market
  • Follow all fair housing compliance laws and regulations.
  • Any other responsibilities required for the role.
