Leasing Consultant – We’re Growing! Eden Park Apartments | Brooklyn Park, MN 📍 Location: 6455 Zane Ave N, Brooklyn Park, MN ⏰ Schedule: Monday–Friday 9:00 AM–6:00 PM + rotating Saturdays 10:00 AM–4:00 PM 💰 Pay: $18–$19 per hour + Leasing Commissions Now Hiring Due to Growth! Eden Park Apartments is expanding our team ! As our 324-unit apartment community continues to grow, we are actively hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our on-site team. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start or grow a career in apartment leasing and property management with a stable, fast-growing company.

Requirements

• Leasing, sales, or customer service experience preferred (training provided)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented
• Willing to complete required online training

Responsibilities

• Lease apartments and provide tours to prospective residents
• Deliver excellent customer service throughout the leasing process
• Process applications and lease paperwork accurately
• Support marketing efforts and maintain strong occupancy
• Build positive relationships with current and future residents
