About The Position

Monarch is seeking a Full-Time Leasing Consultant/Agent to join our team at Gates of Rochester Apartments, a 413 unit property in Rochester, Minnesota. The right candidate must possess strong customer service, sales experience, strong organizational skills, attention to detail, verbal and written communication, schedule flexibility and professionalism.

Requirements

Experience in sales, customer service, or multifamily housing
Good computer skills with the ability to navigate various software programs
Excellent verbal and written communication skills a must
Exceptional organizational skills
Must-engage enthusiastically with prospective and current residents
Must be an organized self-starter
Must be professional in appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus but not required

Benefits

Compensation: $16 - $18/hour
Up to $100 commissions per new lease
