About The Position

Banner Property Management is seeking a personable, motivated Leasing Consultant to be the welcoming face of our 206-unit community in Beachwood, OH. In this role, you’ll be at the heart of our leasing operations—leading property tours, responding to inquiries, guiding prospects through the leasing process, and supporting current residents. You’ll also assist with marketing efforts, resident events, and day-to-day operations such as rent collection and lease renewals. Requirements

At least 1 year of experience in customer service, sales, or hospitality
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A professional, positive, and adaptable attitude
Weekend availability required
Flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed for vacation or absence coverage

Nice To Haves

Leasing or property management experience is a plus—Yardi experience preferred, but we’ll train the right person!

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective residents through tours, follow-ups, and personalized communication
Assist with leasing paperwork, renewals, and rent collection
Contribute to marketing and social media initiatives, as well as community events
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of property features, availability, and local market trends
Provide exceptional customer service that strengthens resident satisfaction and retention
