Wesley Apartment Homes is seeking a motivated full time Leasing Consultant to join our amazing team at our Wesley St. James Community located in Sandy Springs. Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus! The Leasing Consultant is the face of Wesley Apartment Homes and interacts directly with prospective and current residents to achieve maximum occupancy. Starting pay, $17.00/hr plus monthly commissions and excellent benefits!

Requirements

• Strong sales experience
• Customer service oriented
• Ability to work rotating weekends
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• High school degree
• Reliable transportation required
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Nice To Haves

• Leasing Experience (preferred)
• Ability to communicate effectively in both English and Spanish is a plus!

Responsibilities

• Connect with people through phone calls, appointments and follow up communication elevating the customer experience
• Be the smiling face and first impression to all prospective and current residents in the community
• Actively convert prospects into active residents
• Respond to telephone and internet inquires
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing to generate traffic
• Keep market surveys or competitor rates and visit competitors’ communities
• Respond sensitively to concerns and or complaints
