Requirements

  • 1–3 years of leasing or sales experience required
  • Customer service experience strongly preferred
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
  • Strong closing and negotiation abilities
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Detail-oriented with paperwork and compliance
  • Comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Tech-savvy; proficient in Microsoft Office (MRI experience a plus)
  • Results-driven mindset
  • Personable, confident, and professional demeanor
  • Adaptable and resourceful under pressure
  • Team player who thrives in collaborative settings
  • Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
  • Willingness to travel between properties as needed

Responsibilities

  • Proactively generate leads through community outreach and direct marketing
  • Distribute marketing materials and build local business relationships
  • Conduct engaging property tours that convert prospects into residents
  • Follow up consistently to secure leases and pre-leases
  • Collaborate with the Property Manager to achieve rental and occupancy goals
  • Build strong, positive relationships with current and prospective residents
  • Address resident concerns professionally and efficiently
  • Maintain a welcoming and professional community atmosphere
  • Complete lease agreements and all required legal documentation accurately
  • Maintain up-to-date and accurate records in CRM and leasing systems
  • Apply Federal and State Housing Regulations appropriately
  • Monitor competing properties and stay informed on market trends
