This particular Leasing Consultant opportunity is located at Bexley at Carpenter Village in Cary, NC. As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the first impression and voice of the community, guiding prospective residents through their leasing journey, building strong relationships with current residents and your team, and managing customer service, sales, and administrative tasks. Comprehensive training and support are provided to ensure success in the role.

Responsibilities

  • Guide prospective residents through their leasing journey
  • Build strong relationships with current residents and your team
  • Juggle customer service, sales, and administrative tasks
  • Engage with prospects
  • Walk the property
  • Inspect homes
  • Handle administrative tasks
  • Address resident concerns
  • Help with property appearance
  • Work outside standard hours to support resident events or assist during weather challenges
