Responsibilities
- Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all criteria (asking questions, utilizing completed guest cards, etc.).
- Inspect model and available “market-ready” apartments and communicate related service needs to the Property Manager.
- Maintain strong knowledge of Fair Housing regulations.
- Ensure apartments are ready for residents to move in on the agreed-upon date.
- Represent the company in a professional manner at all times.
- Support and contribute positively to the community team.
- Demonstrate strong oral and written communication skills.
