About The Position

As a Leasing Consultant, you will play a key role in maintaining high occupancy levels and resident satisfaction at ResideBPG’s communities. The role combines sales, customer service, and property management, with a focus on driving leasing activity and building strong relationships with both prospects and current residents.

Requirements

• Experience: 1–3 years in leasing or sales; customer service experience is a plus
• Skills: Strong sales and closing abilities Excellent communication and organizational skills Comfortable working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Detail-oriented with paperwork and procedures
• Tech: Proficient in Microsoft Office; experience with MRI software is a plus
• Other Requirements: Must maintain a professional demeanor Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays Willingness to travel between properties
• Results-driven mindset with a track record of hitting sales/leasing goals
• Personable and professional approach with residents and prospects
• Adaptable and resourceful in high-volume or high-pressure situations
• Team player who thrives in collaborative environments

Responsibilities

• Proactively generate leasing leads through Community outreach Direct marketing and literature distribution
• Conduct property tours and follow up with potential residents
• Lease and pre-lease units, including completing all legal documentation
• Collaborate with the Property Manager on rental targets and occupancy goals
• Handle resident concerns with professionalism and efficiency
• Maintain updated knowledge of competing properties and market trends
• Ensure accurate data entry in leasing and CRM systems
• Apply Federal and State Housing Regulations correctly
