Requirements

A love for people and the energy to match!
Sales or customer service experience (1+ year preferred)
Strong organization and follow-through skills
Comfort with tech (Microsoft Office; bonus points if you have used Entrata)

Responsibilities

Talk to people From the first tour to the lease signing, youll guide future residents through the process with clarity, confidence, and warmth.
Show off the goods You will highlight our communities and what makes them special, not just square footage and floorplans, but the feeling of home.
Keep things moving Follow up with leads, help prospects through applications, and keep track of your progress like the organized pro you are.
Spread the word Get involved with marketing efforts, help boost online visibility and show up for local outreach events that make a difference.
Be a resource From rent questions to maintenance requests to Hey, do you know a good local coffee shop? - you are their go-to.
Build community Support fun resident events, educational workshops, and enrichment programs that make our communities more than just a place to live.
