Requirements

• Leasing experience? Great! No experience? We’ll train you
• Basic computer skills + willingness to learn new tech
• Strong communication skills, verbal & written
• Positive, people-first attitude & team player
• Open to online training and continuous development
• Must pass pre-hire requirements – Drug & Background Screening (Monarch does not test for THC).

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents
• Conduct apartment tours like a pro
• Process applications and lease agreements accurately
• Follow up on leads and support marketing efforts
• Build strong resident relationships and community vibes
