Requirements
- Must have a reliable vehicle and reliable smartphone
- Must have experience in the apartment industry
- Must be computer literate and comfortable learning new systems
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming leasing leads through AppFolio by phone, text, and email
- Schedule and conduct apartment showings, assist prospects with applications, and collect required documentation
- Greet prospects and qualify them by covering all criteria (ask questions, utilize guest cards, etc.)
- Inspect models and available units to ensure they are “market ready,” and communicate related service needs to the Property Manager
- Ensure apartments are prepared for resident move-ins on agreed dates
- Provide excellent customer service while representing the community in a professional manner
- Demonstrate knowledge of Fair Housing practices
- Contribute positively to the onsite team, showing reliability, adaptability, and a willingness to learn
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing
