Requirements
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.

- Proficiency in standard office tasks and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities
- Serve as the welcoming face and voice for all residents, applicants, and visitors to our leasing office.
- Meet with prospective residents to showcase our community and assist them in finding their perfect home.
- Assist with marketing and leasing plans, ensuring compliance with Fair Housing Act and company policies.
- Support daily office operations, including filing, answering phones, and handling inquiries.
