We are also highly interested in bilingual candidates who can connect with and support our diverse resident communities. Requirements

  • High level of customer service experience
  • Valid driver’s license
  • Reliable, insured vehicle
  • Professional appearance aligned with a luxury community standard
  • Willingness to learn and grow within the leasing role

Responsibilities

  • Engaging Prospective Residents • Delivering personalized, high-touch tours that reflect the luxury brand of the community • Showcasing apartment homes and amenities with confidence and enthusiasm • Building rapport and guiding prospects through the leasing process • Contributing to strong conversion results from prospect to resident
  • Delivering Upscale Customer Service • Providing a polished, concierge-style experience at every interaction • Maintaining a professional appearance aligned with a luxury brand standard • Creating a welcoming, elevated atmosphere in the leasing office • Ensuring every prospect and resident feels valued and cared for
  • Supporting a Collaborative Team • Bringing a positive attitude and team-first mindset • Participating in resident events and community initiatives • Helping create a community residents are proud to call home
  • Driving Leasing & Marketing Efforts • Supporting outreach and marketing initiatives • Assisting with online and in-person leasing activities
