Requirements

Sales and customer service experience (apartment leasing experience a plus!)
Natural ability to connect with people from all backgrounds
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Goal-oriented mindset with motivation to exceed targets and earn performance-based incentives
Ability to perform well in a high-volume, occasionally high-pressure environment
Comfortable working both independently and as part of a collaborative team
Positive attitude with a desire to learn, grow, and develop your skills
Weekend availability (when most prospects are looking!)
Valid driver’s license required

Responsibilities

Lease available apartment homes and help prospects find the perfect fit
Deliver outstanding customer service to prospects and residents alike
Build genuine, long-term relationships with residents
Manage and renew existing leases
Ensure compliance with Fair Housing laws and regulations
Maintain impeccable curb appeal and model presentation
Conduct market research and support outreach marketing efforts
Assist with resident events, promotions, and community programs
Enter data and generate reports using the MRI software system
Support the Community Manager with additional projects as needed
