About The Position

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team. The Leasing Consultant is responsible for leasing apartments, providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents, and assisting with day-to-day operations of the property.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-oriented mindset with the ability to meet leasing goals
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
• Professional appearance and demeanor

Nice To Haves

• Previous experience in leasing, sales, customer service, or real estate preferred but not required
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and property management software preferred

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist prospective residents in a friendly and professional manner
• Conduct property tours and highlight features and amenities
• Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries
• Process rental applications, screenings, and lease agreements
• Maintain accurate leasing and resident records
• Follow up with prospects to convert leads into leases
• Assist with marketing and outreach efforts to maintain high occupancy
• Handle resident concerns and service requests promptly
• Ensure model units and common areas are clean and presentable
• Support property management with administrative tasks as needed
