About The Position
We are searching for a qualified Leasing Professional who has a positive attitude and professional presentation skills to present apartments and community amenities. Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience is desired but will train the right candidate. Additionally, candidates must be organized and possess strong computer skills. This is a multi-site position that will travel to different apartment communities located throughout the Spring Hill, TN area.
Requirements
- Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel and Outlook
- Customer service skills and conflict resolution skills to overcome objections and resolve issues
- Effective verbal and written communication skills
- Strong organizational skills to maintain records and schedules
Nice To Haves
- Previous leasing, sales, hospitality, or customer service experience
Responsibilities
- Lease vacant apartments to prospective residents by communicating the value of residency
- Provide information to prospective residents about community amenities
- Responds to phone and email inquiries from prospective residents
- Compile leasing paperwork accurately
- Process applications
- Explains lease and all appropriate addenda to new residents
- Assist with resident relations
- Facilitate service request and forward to maintenance staff
- Adheres to a varied work schedule, including weekends and some holidays, as required
- Perform other duties as assigned
