Providence Real Estate is seeking a full-time Leasing Consultant to join our team at our newest community in the Tampa Palms area in Florida. What You'll Do As a Leasing Consultant, you will serve as the first impression of the community. You'll welcome prospective residents, guide them through the leasing process, and help them feel confident in choosing their new home. In this role, you will: Greet and assist prospective and current residents with professionalism and warmth Conduct apartment tours and highlight the features and benefits of the community Manage applications, lease paperwork, and resident files with attention to detail Support move-ins and move-outs, ensuring a smooth experience for residents Respond to questions and concerns, helping residents feel valued and heard Assist with general office administration and recordkeeping Your ability to build relationships and communicate clearly will play a key role in creating a positive experience for everyone who walks through the door. What We're Looking For We're looking for someone who is dependable, organized, and comfortable balancing customer service with sales responsibilities. More importantly, we value individuals who take initiative, represent the company professionally, and enjoy being part of a team. Schedule This is a full-time position, typically working Monday through Friday with most Saturdays. When working a Saturday, you'll receive a weekday off to maintain balance. Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • At least 2 years of leasing experience preferred
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Sales ability with confidence in closing leases
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Reliable transportation

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with Yardi and a background in property management are helpful, but not required.
