Your day-to-day will include: ✨ Engaging with Prospects & Residents – Greet, qualify, and build relationships with potential residents, helping them find their perfect home. ✨ Showcasing Our Stunning Community – Conduct tours of our beautiful apartments and highlight what makes AMLI Brookhaven the place to live. ✨ Driving Occupancy Goals – Use your sales and marketing skills to generate leads through phone, internet, and social media. ✨ Creating a True Sense of Community – Plan and host exciting resident events that make our property feel like home. ✨ Ensuring a Seamless Leasing Experience – Process applications, prepare lease documentation, and ensure every detail is handled with care. ✨ Building Local Connections – Network with apartment locators and businesses to keep our property top of mind.

Requirements

• Experienced Leasing or Sales Professional – 2+ years of leasing, customer service, or sales experience (lease-up experience is preferred).
• Passion for People & Customer Service – You thrive on creating positive experiences and building lasting relationships.
• Marketing Savvy – You know how to use social media, networking, and traditional marketing to attract new residents.
• Weekend Availability – Because the best leasing professionals know that weekends are prime leasing time!
• Education – High school diploma or GED required; a college degree is a plus!
