About The Position

Seeking a full-time experienced Leasing Consultant to join our brand-new community, Heron Mill located in Douglasville! The Leasing Consultant plays a key role in the successful lease-up of our residential community. This position is responsible for delivering excellent customer service, converting qualified prospects into residents, and upholding the brand standards of Wesley Apartment Homes. The ideal candidate is polished, sales-driven, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced lease-up environment. Starting at $17.00 (D.O.E)

Requirements

• Strong sales acumen and closing skills
• Customer service oriented
• 1-2 years of leasing experience (preferred)
• Ability to work weekends, holidays, and flexible schedules during lease-up
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organization skills
• Reliable transportation required
• Social media savvy
• Must pass a background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Connect with people through phone calls, appointments and follow up communication elevating the customer experience
• Be the smiling face and first impression to all prospective and current residents in the community
• Actively convert prospects into active residents
• Respond to telephone and internet inquires
• Assist with planning and implementation of community marketing to generate traffic
• Keep market surveys or competitor rates and visit competitors’ communities
• Respond sensitively to concerns and or complaints
