About The Position
1st Lake Commercial Properties has an opening for a full-time or part-time Storage Facility Representative at our 150-unit self-storage facility. As the Storage Facility Representative of the self-storage facility, you will: Lease storage units to prospective customers and provide exceptional customer service to our existing customers. Commissions earned on leased units! Participate in marketing the storage units Prepare market and property status reports and complete collection activities on delinquent accounts Assist with keeping the property clean and reporting any items in disrepair Complete final makeready of units prior to new move ins Purchase supplies and services when needed
Requirements
- Previous property management experience
- Computer skills
- Passion and dedication to a job well done
