Requirements

Full knowledge of application information required, screening processes and policies regarding rentals.
Ability to play an active role in the renewal process.
Ability to develop and maintain an on-going resident retention program.
Ability to courteously and efficiently handle resident requests and complaints.
Ability to properly maintain resident and property files.
Ability to efficiently and timely process all required administrative forms, reports and related information.
Ability to ensure “model” apartments and target apartments are ready for show.
Ability to maintain work areas and office in a clean and orderly manner.
Awareness of the “curb appeal” of the property.
Thorough knowledge of lease terms, specifications and all community policies.
Knowledge of required telephone and sales techniques.
Knowledge of current market conditions.
Ability to “shop” competitive properties and complete market updates.
Ability to maintain a leasing closing ratio that meets Bader’s requirements.
Full understanding of current rental rates, sizes, locations and all amenities of property.
Ability to participate in the marketing of the property as directed.
Ability to operate within OSHA (Occupational Safety & Health Act) standards and company safety policies at all times.
Ability to comply with all industry Fair Housing rules.
Ability to report unusual or extraordinary circumstances regarding the property or residents.
Professional appearance and attitude at all times.
Commitment to seeking educational opportunities and self-improvement for personal growth and development.

Responsibilities

Responsible for proper maintenance of resident and property files.

Responsible for ensuring the “model” apartments and target apartments are ready for show; responsible for maintaining work areas and office in a clean and orderly manner; need to have an awareness of the “curb appeal” of the property.
