Centerspace is seeking an enthusiastic, customer-focused Leasing Consultant to join our team at the stunning Civic Lofts Apartments and Lydian Apartments in Denver, Colorado . In this role, you'll drive your own success by meeting leasing goals and fostering strong, professional relationships with both prospective and current residents. We offer a competitive hourly wage of $20–$24, along with the opportunity to earn commissions on new leases and bonuses for renewals. Successful Leasing Consultant demonstrates an unparallel commitment to customer service and resident satisfaction while helping customers find their perfect home. You will report to the Community Leader. As part of the selection process, all candidates are required to complete a 35-minute pre-employment assessment once they complete the job application.
