Requirements

  • High‑energy, positive attitude, and a team‑first mindset
  • Strong customer service and communication skills
  • Experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or similar service‑driven roles
  • Ability to work cooperatively with staff, contractors, and residents
  • High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
  • Fluent English (reading and writing); basic math skills
  • Professional verbal and written communication abilities
  • Excellent time‑management skills
  • Detail‑oriented with strong administrative skills
  • Confident, customer‑focused, and skilled at “closing the deal”
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
  • Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with leasing/property management software (Yardi, ResMan, Onsite)
  • Bilingual abilities a plus

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist prospects, residents, and guests in person and by phone
  • Prepare and schedule property tours, conduct showings, and interview prospective residents
  • Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and complaints
  • Process applications, screen results, complete renewals, and prepare rental documents
  • Conduct property inspections and coordinate with maintenance/housekeeping
  • Maintain organized, accurate resident files and records
  • Report concerns or issues to the appropriate manager
  • Maintain professionalism with residents, vendors, and colleagues
  • Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical standards
  • Support resident engagement activities
  • Perform additional duties as assigned
