Requirements

High‑energy, positive attitude, and a team‑first mindset
Strong customer service and communication skills
Experience in leasing, hospitality, retail, or similar service‑driven roles
Ability to work cooperatively with staff, contractors, and residents
High school diploma or GED required; degree preferred
Fluent English (reading and writing); basic math skills
Professional verbal and written communication abilities
Excellent time‑management skills
Detail‑oriented with strong administrative skills
Confident, customer‑focused, and skilled at “closing the deal”
Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Teams)
Valid driver’s license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation required

Nice To Haves

Experience with leasing/property management software (Yardi, ResMan, Onsite)
Bilingual abilities a plus

Responsibilities

Greet and assist prospects, residents, and guests in person and by phone
Prepare and schedule property tours, conduct showings, and interview prospective residents
Respond promptly to questions, concerns, and complaints
Process applications, screen results, complete renewals, and prepare rental documents
Conduct property inspections and coordinate with maintenance/housekeeping
Maintain organized, accurate resident files and records
Report concerns or issues to the appropriate manager
Maintain professionalism with residents, vendors, and colleagues
Ensure compliance with policies, procedures, and ethical standards
Support resident engagement activities
Perform additional duties as assigned
