About The Position

As a Lesing Consultant at Ardence & Bloom, you will play a pivotal role in driving occupancy and ensuring resident satisfaction within our community. Your primary objective will be to attract, engage, and secure prospective taenants by providing exceptional customer service and detailed property information. You will serve as the first point of contact for potential residents, guiding them through the leasing process from initial inquiry to lease signing. Additionally, you will collaborate closely with property management to maintain accurate records and support community initiatives that enhance resident retention. Your efforts will directly contribute to the financial success and positive reputation of Ardence & Bloom within the competitive real estate market.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in leasing, sales, or customer service, preferably within the real estate or property management industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with property management software and Microsoft Office.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed.

Nice To Haves

• Prior multifamily leasing experience.
• Familiarity with Fair Housing laws and local rental regulations.
• Experience using CRM systems and leasing software such as Yardi.
• Multilingual abilities to serve a diverse resident population.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding leasing goals.

Responsibilities

• Greet and engage prospective residents, providing comprehensive tours of available units and community amenities.
• Respond promptly to inquiries via phone, email, and in-person visits, delivering accurate and persuasive information about leasing options and policies.
• Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and prepare lease agreements in compliance with company standards and legal requirements.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, competitor offerings, and community events to effectively position Reve Boulder in the marketplace.
• Collaborate with property management to ensure timely lease renewals, resolve resident concerns, and support community engagement activities.
