Must have proven experience with sales and marketing to be considered Leasing Consultant Responsibilities: Our Leasing Consultant is the community's sales representative and is responsible for interacting with residents, both existing and potential on behalf of GSF Properties Inc. Assist with viewing/touring the property, providing accurate information about each apartment home, properly process rental applications, secure lease agreements from qualified persons, and participate in lease renewals. Our Leasing Consultant is responsible for conducting all job duties in accordance with Fair Housing Laws and Company policy. Requirements

At least 2 solid years of sales and marketing experience
2 years of excellent customer service experience
Strong computer skills (MS Office, property management-related software, email, internet, social media)
Organized
Handle high volume workload and able to multitask well
Follow directions and work independently
Able to work Monday-Friday or Tuesday-Saturday schedule 9am-6pm (summer hours) and 8am-5pm (winter hours)
