Coordinates move-ins and move-outs, lease negotiations and renewals, and apartment showings. This is a fast-paced professional environment where each day will be different. If you are comfortable working in a sales-driven environment and are willing to go above and beyond to exceed our customer's expectations, this could be the perfect role for you! Our ideal Sales Associate has 1-2 years of sales experience in a multi-family environment, hospitality. Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal. Strong verbal and written communication skills are a must. The ability to work weekends is necessary.

Requirements

  • Strong sales and customer service skills
  • Lease-up experience
  • Excellent communication and organizational abilities
  • Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  • Previous leasing or real estate experience is preferred but not required

Nice To Haves

  • Proficiency in property management software is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office is ideal.
  • An undergraduate degree is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Assist prospective residents with leasing inquiries and property tours
  • Process rental applications and lease agreements.
  • Maintain positive relationships with residents and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the property management team to meet leasing goals
  • Market available units through online listings, social media, and community outreach
  • Represents Village Green at various outside networking & social functions
  • Problem-solving skills
