We’re now hiring a Leasing Consultant to join our growing team in the Maryland Heights, MO area.

Requirements

Prior multifamily leasing experience a plus
Strong sales, closing, and follow-up skills
Experience with property management software (YARDI preferred)
Professional communication and customer service skills
Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented
Pre-employment background and drug screening required

Responsibilities

Lease apartments to prospective residents and meet or exceed leasing goals
Conduct professional tours and follow up with prospects
Prepare and execute lease documentation accurately
Maintain model units, show-ready apartments, and overall curb appeal
Support property marketing and outreach efforts
Assist with resident relations and retention initiatives
Provide leasing coverage across two communities as needed

$15.00–$17.00 per hour hour (based on experience) plus up to $100 per lease
