Requirements
- Leasing experience? Awesome. No experience? We’ll train you!
- Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new tech
- Strong communication — both spoken and written
- Positive, people-first attitude and a collaborative spirit
- Openness to online training and continuous development

- Greet and assist prospective residents with a smile
- Tour and showcase our apartments like a pro
- Process applications and lease agreements accurately
- Stay sharp on market trends and support marketing efforts
- Build community vibes and strong resident relationships
