About The Position
The Leasing Consultant serves as a brand ambassador for Tricon and plays a pivotal role in driving leasing activity in the market. They are tasked with building relationships with prospects to help them find suitable future homes for themselves and their families. Leasing Consultants are engaged in all aspects of the marketing and leasing of our vacant and coming soon homes. This position requires an active South Carolina Real Estate License. This is a remote position and you can live in either our Columbia or Greenville markets. You will be required to view aging homes in either market as needed.
