About The Position
Fogelman is hiring experienced Leasing Consultants at Artesian on Westheimer. This 660-unit apartment community is in the Energy Corridor area of Houston. Our team is interviewing professional leasing candidates that are experienced with apartment leasing & marketing, resident retention and relationship building. The Leasing Consultant provides tours, completes the leasing process with prospective residents, and executes marketing strategies for the property. Responsibilities also include planning and hosting resident events for the community and maintaining positive resident relations.
